Capture the system state
The GCS and service computer provide operational logs and the information needed for an initial assessment.
Heliaz 152 is built as a set of replaceable mechanical, electrical and cable modules. A service intervention can therefore focus on a specific part without unnecessarily disassembling the entire aircraft.
Diagnostics connect data from the GCS, the service computer and LIAZ specialist support. The aim is to identify the cause, prepare the correct replacement module and return the platform to operation with the smallest possible intervention.
Clearly defined assemblies make it easier to locate a fault, replace the affected part and verify the platform before the next mission.
The service workflow combines remote diagnostics, modular replacement and specialist support into one clear sequence.
The GCS and service computer provide operational logs and the information needed for an initial assessment.
A specialist evaluates the data through a secure anonymized portal and determines the next course of action.
The affected assembly can be replaced with the corresponding module and its function verified after integration.
If the remote procedure is not sufficient, the service process continues with a specialist intervention at the customer site.
The LIAZ Service Portal connects the customer, the ground control station and the service specialist. It supports the entire diagnostic cycle from data inspection to the integration of a replacement module.
The scope, delivery schedule and commercial conditions are always based on the selected platform configuration and mission equipment.
We will discuss platform configuration, diagnostic equipment, spare modules and the appropriate level of field support.
